Covid-19 and ODR

The COVID-19 pandemic need not force conflicts or disputes to be ignored or put on hold. Online - Collaborative dispute resolution is the need of the hour through all the transition and instability and we are here to guide you through it.

COVID 19 seems to have had a heavy impact globally causing major resets in everyone’s lives at an alarmingly fast rate. With social distancing being key, the sudden changes are bound to create some confusion and possible conflicts. At this time of instability and uncertainty, online collaborative dispute resolution mechanisms ( e-mediation, e-conciliation, e-arbitration) can play a truly impactful role.

In light of the pandemic, Sama is rolling out a campaign to provide 2 months of free ODR services to help out. Work from home may pose many restrictions on people but ODR can truly be the answer for some form of normal continuity and there seems to be no better time than now to leverage the power of technology to get the job done. Being in this space, we see the opportunity to extend our support to our community, peers and family and are more than happy to do our part to help.

Feel free to reach out to us and we can have a conversation about your dispute in detail and in full confidence. We will work with you to figure out the best way to resolve your disputes.
