I am a practicing Advocate in various courts across Delhi/NCR including Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, Hon'ble Delhi High Court for last three years and represented my clients in more several cases. I have been entrusted to represent themselves by various well-known companies like Real Me India, Acer India Pvt Ltd, Flipkart and Kotak and represented them to their complete satisfaction and got positive results for the task assigned to me. I have successfully conducted the arbitration proceedings of more than 30 cases as an arbitrator and passed the award in a very small time frame of less than six months in all the cases and none of the award passed by me has been challenged in any court of law till date. During my experience as an Advocate and several other positions like derivatives Analyst in various organizations for about ten years, I have understood that managing the conflict with in themselves or with other organizations plays a extremely crucial role for the growth and development of any organization. Conflict resolution can also be an excellent opportunity for building a connection and mutual understanding amongst those in conflict. It is important to envision successful resolution of conflict typically hinges on one another’s ability to engage in crucial challenging conversations in a safe, productive, and encouraging environment. I always emphasize the goal of ADR is to empower parties to collaboratively work together to attain a mutually acceptable agreement in which they had significant input in creating. I also like for them to understand that in contrast; court cases or formalized arbitration differs greatly because a judge or arbitrator determines the outcome without significant party input and often that decision is not amenable to anyone and process could itself become tedious and costly.
