Joined as Judicial Member of Central Administrative Tribunal on 12.3.2011 at Kochi ( Ernakulum Bench) and decided 4 cases onfirst day of joining itself. Decided many full Bench references where even senior Members including Chairman were on the Bench. Also decided full Bench references at the Benches other than the Bench of my posting. One of such reference was regarding promotional avenue in PGI Chandigarh Pending for long. Also decided the third Member references not only at the Bench where I was permanently posted, but also at other Benches. Brought down the pendency drastically at Allahabad Bench and Principal Bench. Also reduced pendency at the Benches where sent to work temporarily, such as Chandigarh, Mumbai, Kolkata and Nainital etc. Continuously contributed 40 percent disposal at Allahabad a Bench with strength of 4 Division Benches and Principal Bench with strength of six division Benches. The Members of the bar at Kolkata, Mumbai, Allahabad, Kochi and Chandigarh etc. were extremely happy with my judicial functioning particularly the quantum of disposal of cases by me. It was greatly satisfying to keep the pendency at Principal Bench as 1500 and at Allahabad Bench at 2200 during my tenure.Besides before Supreme Court, Delhi High Court handled the cases also before Other High Courts, CLB, AAIFR, BIFR, CAT,AFT, ITAT, NCLT and NCDRC etc. Represented ROC before trial court Faridabad against Rollatainers, where the court had not issued notice in ROC complaint on the ground that the AROC was not competent to file complaint.
