Ayaz Mohammed Qureshi

I have served judiciary as a judge for 35 years under the Honorable High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan State. I have joined judicial services as a Judicial Magistrate and Civil Judge (JD) in July 1980 and retired as District and Sessions Judge, Rajasthan Higher Judicial Services in April 2010. I have been further selected to serve as President of the District Consumer Forum from July 2010 to April 2015. During my judicial service, I have dealt with various kind and nature of cases, matters, legal proceedings, etc. I have served District and Sessions Judge cadre for about 16 years, which includes my services as a District & Sessions Judge; Judge in Labour Court; President of the District Consumer Forum, etc. During my entire services of 35 years being a judge, I have served every working Saturday as a mediator, conciliation, and as an arbitrator while assisting parties to settle their disputes which cannot be counted.
