I am a trained and ILSCA accredited Mediator, Arbitrator, and voluntarily retired senior commissioner(PF) with over two decades of Quasi-judicial functional expertise. Before joining UNDP in 2005, I was working for over 20 years with the Government of India as Senior Regional Commissioner, PF, and Quasi-Judicial Authority to resolve Corporate Statutory PF disputes, and enforce PF laws in India. He is a trained quasi-judicial authority with extensive experience. Recently, he is trained in Mediation (40 hours training) by ILSCA Pune, and Arbitration by the National Institute of Financial Management, Government of India. I am available on the panel of mediators of the Ministry of Corporate affairs. I have so far passed over a thousand (1000) quasi-judicial orders while working with EPFO, the Government of India.I hold a Ph.D. in Development Studies (2003) CESS, Hyderabad, a Master’s in Public Administration(1985) from Osmania University, (Studied systems of Ombudsman); a Master’s in Sociology, (1980) Osmania University); an LL.B, (1987) from Jammu University, a PG Diploma in Industrial Relations and Management (Studied conciliation, arbitration, and personnel management related dispute resolution systems), Doctoral Certificates in Social Protection, from Maastricht University (2002) and a Certificate in Advanced Negotiation Skills from Harvard University (2006).
