For the last one year I have been working with an Arbitrator, Justice R.C. Lahoti (former Chief Justice of India), a very prominent name in the field of arbitration, thoroughly assisting him in arbitration disputes, drafting arbitral awards and orders. Recently, I have been appointed as the President of WICCI- Delhi Mediation & Dispute Resolution Council. Apart from this, I have some Judging experience in international competition as well, which involves, Judging a Mock Arbitration Session for International Summer School on Arbitration organized by ADR HOC in association with Beihai Asia International Arbitration Centre, Singapore; I was appointed as the President Judge to the Semi Final Oral Rounds of 44th Telders International Law Moot Court Competition, Leiden University, The Hague, Netherlands; I have also judged Negotiation Rounds of International Virtual Negotiation & Drafting Competition organized by Indore Institute of Law, and many more. Working with a person who works in a Neutral Capacity, has given me a wise knowledge of how should be the conduct of such person, and I am sure that I will be able to work in the capacity well enough to provide adequate redressal to the parties.
