I consider myself to be a suitable neutral because of the requisite qualification as follows:1. Underwent an introductory course on Mediation conducted by Ms. Tanu Mehta, Counsel, and Mediator at Bombay High Court, while I was pursuing my LLB degree. 2. I have completed the ADR ODR International Accredited Civil-Commercial Mediator training program.3. During my LLM at NUS, Singapore, I had the privilege to undergo Negotiation and Mediation classes taught by Prof. Joel Lee, who has played a significant role in furthering the development of Mediation in Singapore. 4. Presently, I am working as the Course Coordinator for MA in Mediation and Conflict Resolution program held by MNLU Mumbai. The program is the first of its kind in India, where I work with the faculties in developing and conducting the program. To conclude, as a Mediator, I will bring the mantra of Rumi's saying that - 'Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing; there is a field - I will meet you there.' As a Mediator, I will try to ensure neutrality by not influencing the outcome and not judging what is wrong or right, thereby facilitate the parties in reaching their settlement. Currently employed as the Course Coordinator for India's first MA Mediation and Conflict Resolution Program held by Maharashtra national law University Mumbai.I had the opportunity to intern at the Singapore International Mediation Centre, during my L.L.M, where I assisted the team in the preparation for conducting Mediation Workshop in India. I have also interned for three months with a Family Court Advocate, Bombay High Court, where I had the opportunity to attend the Mediation sessions frequently.
