I am an independent legal practitioner/counsel based out of New Delhi and Guwahati, Assam. After obtaining a LLM in International Arbitration from Queen Mary University London, I moved back to India to practice in the disputes team of Kachwaha and Partners, New Delhi. Thereafter I worked with the International Arbitration team of Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, New Delhi. During my time in these two firms, I worked with several high profile clients across the construction, oil & gas, energy & infrastructure, hospitality and corporate sectors (amongst others). My area of expertise include civil/commercial litigation, domestic/international arbitration and corporate advisory. I regularly appear before the Delhi High Court, Guwahati High Court and the Supreme Court of India. Since June of 2022, I have also started taking arbitral appointments. At present I am adjudicating two contractual disputes in ad-hoc arbitrations under the Indian Arbitration Act 1996.
