Introduction:

At Sama, we're dedicated to transforming the way users interact with digital environments. We are looking for a passionate Junior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to create intuitive and user-centered designs that provide seamless experiences across our platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and iteration of UI/UX for web and mobile applications, ensuring a consistent and intuitive user experience.

• Participate in user research activities such as user testing, personas, user journeys, and usability studies to understand user needs and behaviors.

• Translate user needs and business requirements into effective designs, including wireframes, visual and interaction designs, and prototypes.

• Collaborate with the development team to ensure designs are implemented according to specifications and provide design support throughout the product lifecycle.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies, applying best practices to your design work.

• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems and guidelines.

  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Up to 1 year of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing your design projects.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and their role in front-end design.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
