If a course or training has not commenced within two days of signup, a partial refund may be processed. The refund amount will be determined based on the original payment minus any administrative fees.

  • Processing Time: Partial refunds for unstarted courses will be processed within 10 business days from the date of receiving the written request.

  • Payment Method: Refunds for unstarted courses will be issued using the same method as the original payment.
