Payment is due within 30 days from the date of invoice generation.

The invoice reflects compensation for dispute resolution services (as a neutral or case manager) and any pre-approved reimbursable expenses.

Fees are calculated based on the agreed-upon fee structure with Sama.

Payments will be processed via Bank Transfer/UPI/NEFT/IMPS/Other.

Neutrals and case managers must provide valid bank details for remittance.

Applicable taxes (e.g., GST/TDS) will be deducted as per Indian tax laws.

A GST Number must be provided for tax compliance, if applicable.

Any expense reimbursement claims must be pre-approved and supported by valid receipts.

Any discrepancies in the invoice must be raised within 10 days of issuance.

Disputes regarding payments will be resolved in accordance with Sama’s internal policies.

Invoice details and payment information shall remain confidential between Sama and the neutrals/case managers.

Sama reserves the right to update invoice terms with prior notice to arbitrators and case managers.
