In this role, your primary responsibility is to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products by conducting thorough testing, documenting results, and collaborating with the development team to fix any issues. You will play a critical role in maintaining our standards of excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute test plans to identify bugs and functionalities in products/services.

  • Analyze test results, identify bugs, and document them clearly and concisely.

  • Communicate effectively with developers and other stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of bugs.

  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback from a quality assurance perspective.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and testing methodologies.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality assurance process.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quality Analyst or related role.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in software testing methodologies (e.g., black-box testing, white-box testing).

  • Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • A meticulous eye for detail and a passion for quality.
